GENERAL TERMS
These terms, together with all amendments, additional provisions, rules and policies incorporated into this document by reference, constitute a legally binding agreement between the bookmaking company and the platform user. The company reserves the right to make any changes and additions to the rules, regulations and payment procedures set forth herein without prior personal notice.
The terms of previously placed bets remain unchanged, while all subsequent bets and transactions are made according to the amended rules. Players agree to these terms at the time of registering an account on the platform and bear full responsibility for complying with local legislation regarding participation in gambling activities.
Age Restrictions and User Responsibilities
Registration, deposit opening and betting are permitted exclusively for persons who have reached 18 years of age. The user bears full responsibility both for the legality of online gambling in their region of residence and for providing accurate information about winnings or losses to the competent authorities of their country in accordance with local legislation. Each player is obliged to independently verify that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction.
Site topmatch.com.ua strictly prohibits registration, deposit opening and betting for persons under 18 years of age, as well as citizens of the Russian Federation. In addition, the provision of services is prohibited to persons who were previously excluded or self-excluded from participation in gambling, as well as those who are citizens and/or residents of states against which sanctions have been applied by the Financial Intelligence Unit of Curaçao.
The company reserves the right to refuse registration, deposit opening and betting to persons who are citizens or residents of states whose legislation does not comply with the established international standards of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). This also applies to states that have gaps in their strategy to combat money laundering and terrorist financing according to FATF reports.
Geographic Restrictions and Prohibited Jurisdictions
Registration, deposits and acceptance of bets are strictly prohibited for citizens and residents of certain countries and territories. These restrictions are established in accordance with international legislation, licensing requirements and the company's internal responsible gaming policy.
Prohibited jurisdictions include the following regions:
- Asian region: Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Singapore
- European region: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Republic of Cyprus, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
- Caribbean region: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius
- North America: United States of America, Canada (Kahnawake Mohawk Territory and Ontario Province)
- Oceania: Australia
Users from these regions cannot create accounts, make deposits or place bets on the platform. The company actively tracks the geographical location of users and reserves the right to block any account that violates these geographic restrictions.
Verification and Account Security
The bookmaking company fully trusts the information provided by the client when applying to open an account and does not bear responsibility for the discrepancy between the provided information and reality. However, in order to prevent fraud and other conflict situations, the company may in exceptional cases require the client to confirm their identity to verify the authenticity of the information provided.
When opening an account, clients agree to provide all necessary documents upon request by the bookmaking company in such cases. The player confirms their obligations to provide timely, complete and accurate responses to any requests from the company, particularly regarding the verification procedure, provision of necessary documents, confirmation of sources of funds, etc.
The user is aware of the possible consequences provided by these Rules in case of failure to fulfill verification obligations. This may include cancellation of winnings and unilateral termination of services by the company with return to the player only of the deposit portion of funds that they deposited into the gaming account. In case of detection of fraud related to financial transactions and acceptance of bets, the guilty party will be held liable, including criminal liability.
Account and Password Management Rules
The client is personally responsible for the security of their account and password. The company guarantees non-disclosure of client data by company employees and does not bear responsibility for consequences caused by the leakage of the client's confidential data to third parties. Any operations confirmed by entering the login or gaming account number and the account holder's password are considered valid and have legal force.
The only limitation on performing operations is the current balance of the gaming account. If there is suspicion of loss of this information or account compromise, the client has the right to contact the bookmaking company administration at any time with a request to change the current password. Loss of password cannot serve as a reason for canceling bets or canceling a withdrawal request.
One client is allowed to have only one gaming account. Exceptions are permitted strictly individually for each client by decision and on the terms of the bookmaking company administration. In this case, the client is obliged to contact the administration in advance to be granted such a right; subsequent requests without coordination are considered a violation of the rules.
Account Transfer Prohibition
The client cannot transfer, sell or pledge their account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership rights to accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims related to these assets, regardless of whether they are legal, commercial or other.
The prohibition on such transfers also includes, but is not limited to, encumbrance, pledge, lending, trading, brokerage, mortgage and/or donation in cooperation with a trustee or any other third party, company, natural or legal person, fund and/or association in any form. The client does not have the right to allow third parties to use their gaming account under threat of account blocking.
Types of Bets and Conditions for Their Acceptance
The bookmaking company offers various types of bets on events, each of which has its own calculation features and acceptance rules. Bets are accepted based on the line — a list of future events with proposed winning odds for the outcomes of these events. Changes in the line, including handicaps, winning odds, totals, express bet restrictions and maximum bet amounts, may occur after any bet.
However, the terms of previously placed bets remain unchanged. Bets are accepted only in amounts not exceeding the current balance of the client's account. The total amount of bets on any event cannot exceed the maximum amount specified in the line during one gaming day. Bets on the same event after reaching the cumulative maximum bet for this event are not accepted.
Main types of bets include:
- Single — a bet on the prediction of the outcome of one event. The winnings on a single bet equal the product of the bet amount and the odds established for the given event outcome
- Accumulator — a bet on the simultaneous prediction of results of several independent events. Winnings equal the product of the bet amount and the accumulator odds, which is obtained by multiplying the odds of all event outcomes
- System — a complete combination of accumulators of a single size chosen by the player. Winnings equal the sum of winnings on accumulators included in the system
- Accumulator Plus — a daily additional list of events with increased odds under special conditions
Rules for Creating Accumulators and Systems
An accumulator is considered winning if all events included in it without exception are correctly predicted. Loss on one of the outcomes means loss of the entire bet of this type. The maximum odds for an accumulator type bet is 2000. The accumulator can include any combination of outcomes of unrelated events in any sports and other betting categories.
However, it is strictly forbidden to include different events of the same match in an accumulator or system, different bets on the same player within one tournament, even if not directly related. If any events related to a given match or player were included in an accumulator or system, this bet is subject to refund even if the computer betting acceptance program did not automatically block this bet.
Special conditions apply to Accumulator Plus: the maximum bet amount is equivalent to 500 US dollars, the total number of events in one accumulator must be at least three, the maximum accumulator odds is limited to 2000, systems are not accepted. When placing a bet, the player must specify the line type — accumulator line.
Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Conditions
Bets are accepted before the start of the event. Bets placed for some reason after the actual start of the event are considered invalid and subject to refund, and are excluded from accumulators with odds of 1. The exception is bets on live events — bets on events during the match. Such bets are considered valid until the end of the event and are calculated with odds of 1 if bets were accepted after the end of the event for any reason.
Updates of results during live events are purely informative. An erroneously indicated result in this case is not grounds for canceling a bet. The bookmaking company is not responsible for the accuracy of results during live events and uses its own data on the actual course of the game to calculate bets.
The client cannot change or cancel a bet after placing it on the server and receiving a receipt — a message on the site page about bet acceptance and the bet number. Communication failures or other technical failures in the client's communications are not grounds for canceling a bet if the bet is registered on the company's server.
Informational Aspects and Liability
The date and time of the event start indicated in the line are purely informative. An erroneously indicated date is not grounds for canceling a bet. In this case, bets are considered valid if they were placed before the actual start of the event. The event start time for bet calculation is the actual event start time, which is determined based on official documents of the organization conducting the competition, match, etc.
The bookmaking company is not responsible for the absolutely accurate translation of player names, team names, city names where events on which bets are placed will take place. Despite the fact that the company makes every effort to ensure that the site content is correct, all data on the current course of events are purely informative, and it is recommended to always use alternative sources of information.
Errors and Technical Failures
If an obvious error occurred by personnel during the preparation and publication of the bookmaking line, or an obvious failure occurred in the computer program that determines the line (obvious errors in odds, discrepancy of odds in different positions, etc.), the company has the right to unilaterally declare the concluded betting agreement invalid. This applies to agreements concluded both before and after the start of the event to which the error relates.
If fraudulent actions by a bookmaking company employee are detected in violation of the conditions provided by these Rules, the company has the right to refuse to fulfill obligations under such an agreement and make a bet refund to the client. If there are grounds to assume that the bet was placed after the event result became known, or after the selected player or team received a significant advantage (for example, advantage in score, substitution or removal of a player), the company reserves the right to cancel this bet.
Special Conditions for Event Conduct and Postponement
If an event did not start at the appointed time and was postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time indicated in the coupon, then all bets on this event are calculated with odds of 1 (unless otherwise specified in the rules for this sport). If an event was interrupted and not completed within 12 hours from the start time indicated in the coupon, then all bets on positions whose results were determined before the moment of interruption are calculated according to these results.
Bets on markets whose results are not determined at the time of interruption are calculated with odds of 1. In case of moving the match to a neutral field, bets are preserved; when moving the match to the opponent team's field, they are subject to refund and are excluded from accumulators. In case of moving a match of teams from one city, bets are considered valid and not subject to refund, regardless of the field.
Result Determination and Winnings Calculation
The bookmaking company announces valid results based on official protocols and other sources of information after the event is completed. In case of disputed situations, when results posted by different sources differ, or in case of their obvious errors, the final decision on determining results for bet calculation is made by the bookmaking company at its own discretion.
In case of cancellation or change of result due to protest, detection of doping, etc., the initial result at the time of event completion is counted for payment. If more than one participant or team is declared the winner of a competition, then bets placed on the victory of these participants in the competition are calculated with odds of 1. Account opening and replenishment are carried out according to the rules of account opening and replenishment, and winnings are paid according to the rules of bet calculation and money withdrawal from the account.
Negative Balance and Claims
The client is obliged to check the correctness of card completion for compliance with the requirements of these rules, since in case of error, regardless of who is to blame for what happened and the cause of this situation, the bookmaking company reserves the right to make a bet refund. If the player has a negative balance as a result of bet recalculation due to an incorrectly entered result, their account is blocked until they deposit an amount not less than the size of the negative balance.
Otherwise, the bookmaking company reserves the right to stop accepting bets from this player. Bets placed before recalculation remain valid and are calculated in accordance with the rules. Claims on disputed issues are accepted within 10 days from the date of summing up the relevant bet. After this period expires, no claims are accepted or considered.
In disputed situations that have no precedent or are not clearly covered in these rules, the final decision is made by the bookmaking company administration. The company bears no responsibility for damage or losses caused by use of the site or its content, including inability to connect to the site, work delays, communication line failures, as well as any errors or omissions in the content.
Additional Provisions
Rules by sport are priority over general rules. In case of discrepancies between the English version of these rules and their translation into other languages, the English text is considered correct and has priority. The bookmaking company reserves the right to impose restrictions or refuse to accept bets from any person without explanation and prior written notice.
Final winning odds for all listed types of bets are determined taking into account the features of determining odds for certain types of outcomes, including handicap coverage, totals, etc., as well as cancellation or postponement of events for a period determined in these rules. A coefficient equal to one is used for calculating such cases.
